Killer Croc is a fictional character, a supervillain who appears in comic books published by DC Comics. He is an enemy of Batman. The character was created by writers Gerry Conway & Gene Colan and by artists Don Newton & Curt Swan. While there was a shadowy cameo in Detective Comics #524 (March 1983), his first full appearance was in Batman #358 (April 1983), which was also the first appearance of Jason Todd.
